	Albertus Magnus College Rosary Library Side Porch Renovation
	Assa Abloy engages Litchfield to recreate the Innovation Hallway in the corporate heaquarters in New Haven. In addition a “Green Room” is added showcasing the door and lock manufacturers latest “green” products. All design and construction is completed on schedule prior to the annual meeting.

	Yale University Theater Office Fit Up
	26,000 sq ft fit up for Star Distributors
	Yale University – Linsley Pond Research Facility and Dock Installation: As a part of the School of Forestry & Environmental Studies, Linsley Pond has been studied since the 1930’s. The research has provided and enormous archive of historical information that is used to interpret present day patterns within the lake. This new construction will provide for a better platform for future research at the lake facility.

	Yale University – 204 Prospect Street With Yale Facilities and Construction Manager Giordano Construction, Litchfield Builders, Inc. handled the complete gut and renovation of this building including the general trades’ package and exterior accessibility improvements for this office swing space on Prospect Street.
	Yale University – 340 Edwards Street Office Space Renovation and Accessibility Upgrades
	Albertus Magnus College – Rosary Library Window Replacement
	Yale University – 360 Edwards Street – Graduate Housing Litchfield was brought in to complete the demolition of the roof after a substantial fire at the building. The opportunity was used for major upgrades and full renovation of the remaining building. The façade was restored and the authentic Yankee gutters were replaced.
	“Cold Spring School opens September 2^nd with the new facility ready for students. Litchfield finished the project in record time with the assistance of the school staff and Turner Brooks Architects”
	Yale University – Office of Sustainability This project won a State HOBI Award for “Best Green Remodel”. The use of construction debris recycling and sustainable products such as bamboo and cork were the keys to the project.

	A prime example of value engineering. Litchfield brought the old inefficient HVAC rooftop units to the ground, and hauled them away

Our clients appreciate the quick construction time, the ability to reuse the parts from the buildings for future needs and the aesthetically pleasing appearance of the buildings when completed
	Sargent: 2 story office facility 1500 sq ft of office space completed in 2 weeks from demolishing of existing office space to new carpet tile
	Chapel Street Retail tenant fit-up part of Yale's downtown New Haven revitalization.
	Albertus Magnus: Columns Replacement of 32" wide 24' tall fluted columns replaced without disrupting library operation.
Before	Yale Broadway: Building restoration for Yale University Properties that was built out of mahogany. Storefront had to be completed quickly to satisfy retail tenants.	After
Before	New loading dock for Connecticut Container Corporation: The client came to Litchfield Builders referred from a prominent engineering firm. This project required skillful scheduling and building abilities. Down time at this facility cost the client thousands of dollars per day. The loading dock was operational in an unheard of 21 days from the shut down date.	Midway Complete
	Renovate employee entrance at Sargent Corporation: Facility manager Gary Gionet and Human Resources director Jack Dwyer brought Litchfield in to renovate the entrance location for 1200+ people every morning. Litchfield scheduled the project so part of the construction activities took place during the yearly week long shut down.
